Session Credits & Bookings

PT Sessions handles one-to-one sessions: the credits a member holds, and the sessions they book with them.

Members appear here once they hold session credits. Pick one to manage their wallet and see their bookings.

Credits

Each member has a wallet holding a number of session credits. One credit is one session.

You can grant credits — after someone buys a package, or as a goodwill gesture — and you can deduct them when you need to correct a mistake. Both take a note, which is worth writing: "5-session package" tells you in three months what a bare number will not.

You cannot deduct more credits than a member holds, and the balance is always shown before you act.

Booking requests

Members request sessions from your site. Each request arrives here with the date and time they asked for, newest first.

A session moves through four states:

  • Requested — they have asked, you have not answered
  • Confirmed — you have accepted it
  • Completed — it happened
  • Cancelled — you declined it, or it did not go ahead

Confirm a request to accept it, complete it once the session has happened, or decline it if the time does not work.

Marking sessions complete is what keeps the wallet honest. A member who can see how many sessions they have left, and that the number matches what actually happened, does not have to ask you.

Who appears here

Members show up once their access includes PT Sessions, which you set up in Offerings. PT access unlocks sessions only — it does not include your community or a course.
