Customer Accounts Overview
The User Accounts module lets your customers create accounts on your website. Once enabled, visitors can sign up, log in from any device, and build a history with your business as they order, book, and visit.
What customers see
Customers create an account with their email and password. Once logged in they can view their own order and booking history, track loyalty points, and manage their profile.
Adding a login/signup box to your website is one line of code for your developer — a ready-made, branded widget that picks up your logo and business name on its own. See Login & Signup Embed.
Booking before creating an account
Customers don't need an account to make their first booking — a booking made with just an email is kept against that email automatically. If they decide later to create a full account, they can turn that email into a proper login instead of starting over: your website offers them a link to set a password, and as soon as they do, their earlier bookings appear in their history right away. See Bookings & Account Claiming for how your developer connects this.
What you see
Your Customers section shows every registered customer: visit history, total spending, and activity. Your most active regulars appear on the leaderboard.
Enabling
The User Accounts module is enabled per project by your developer. If you don't see a Customers section, contact your developer.
