Taking Bookings
The Bookings section is where reservation requests from your website land. When a visitor asks to book something — a room, a table, a session, a slot — their request appears here, and you get an email so you never miss one.
How a request arrives
Each request comes in as Pending and shows you everything you need at a glance:
- Who got in touch — their name, email, and WhatsApp number if they left one
- What they'd like to book — the space, and their preferred date
- Their message — any details they added
Open a request to see the full details. New requests show a dot until you've looked at them.
Confirming or declining
Open a Pending request and choose Confirm or Decline.
- Confirm accepts the booking. If you've turned it on in Settings, we'll automatically email the guest a friendly confirmation.
- Decline politely turns it down. Again, if enabled, we'll send the guest a courteous note.
Confirming and declining is a one-way step — once you've responded, the request moves to Confirmed or Declined and shows how you replied. This keeps your history clean and means a guest is never emailed twice by accident.
Finding things
Use the filters at the top to switch between All, Pending, Confirmed, Declined, and Unread. Longer lists load more as you scroll.
Keeping things tidy
You can remove a request you no longer need. Confirmed bookings are kept as your record; declined and never-answered requests are cleared out automatically over time so your list stays focused on what matters.
Who can do what
Anyone on your team can view bookings. Confirming, declining, removing requests, and changing settings are available to Owners and Editors.
