Spaces & Settings
Before you take bookings, set up the spaces people can request — and choose how you'd like to be notified.
Your bookable spaces
A space is anything a guest can book: a studio room, a table, a treatment room, a court, a meeting room. From the Spaces tab you can:
- Add a space — give it the name your guests know it by. A short link id is suggested automatically (you can edit it) — this is the stable id your website uses to send requests, so pick it once and leave it.
- Turn a space on or off — switch a space off when it's temporarily unavailable, without deleting its history.
- Edit or remove — rename a space or take it down entirely.
Each request keeps a copy of the space name as it was at the time, so your past bookings stay readable even if you later rename or remove a space.
Notifications & guest emails
From the Settings tab you control what happens around each request:
- Notification email — where the "new booking request" alert is sent. Leave it blank to use your account's default.
- Confirmation emails — choose whether guests are automatically emailed when you confirm a booking.
- Decline emails — choose whether guests get a polite note when you decline.
- Spam protection — quietly filters out automated junk so only real requests reach you.
Guest emails are sent in the language the visitor used on your website, so someone who booked in French hears back in French.
Getting requests from your website
Your website sends booking requests straight to this section — no extra setup on your side. Whoever looks after your site connects the booking form to the spaces above, and requests start arriving here automatically.
