Members and Offers

The Members tab shows everyone in your loyalty programme. Offers lets you run promotions.

Viewing members

Each member row shows their name and email, when they joined, how many stamps or points they've earned and redeemed, their current balance, and how many rewards they've banked.

Creating an offer

Open Settings in Loyalty, find Deals & offers, and add an offer. Give the offer a name, choose its type, and set when it runs. Offer types include:

• Earn boost — earn at a higher rate (for example, double stamps)
• Free item — a free item with a purchase
• Buy X get Y — a buy-one-get-one style deal
• % Discount — a percentage discount
• Amount off — a fixed-amount discount
• Custom — describe your own offer in your own words

You can set an offer to run all the time, only on certain days of the week, between two dates, or once a customer spends over a set amount. Offers you choose to show appear on customers' cards automatically.

Turning offers off

Toggle an offer off in the Offers list to stop showing it whenever you like. If you set a date range, it's a good idea to switch the offer off once it's over so it stops appearing on cards.
