Leads

Leads are the people who completed your quiz. Each one arrives with their email, their score, and every answer they gave.

Leads appears on its own once you have a quiz, because at that point you have leads and need somewhere to put them.

The list

Each row shows the person, their score and when they were captured.

You can search by email, and sort by newest, top score or lowest score. Sorting by lowest is more useful than it sounds — depending on what your quiz measures, the people scoring worst may be the ones who most need what you sell.

Reading one lead

Open a lead to see the full set of answers, question by question.

This is the part worth actually reading before you reply to somebody. A score tells you roughly where they are; the answers tell you what to say.

Scores and results

What appears against each lead depends on how you set your quiz to score.

A quiz with an overall score shows the score and the result band it fell into. A quiz with category scores shows each category as low, medium or high, and no single overall result. A capture only quiz shows the answers alone.

The result names are the ones you wrote into your own quiz. If a lead shows no overall result, that is normal for a category-scored quiz — there is no single band to give.

Language

Leads record which language the person took the quiz in, so you know which to reply in.

Leads and customers

A lead is someone who gave you their email, not someone who has signed up. Their answers are recorded against that email address, so if the same person also has an account with you, it is one person's record rather than two — their quiz answers stay attached to them instead of sitting in a separate list.
