Product Feeds

Product feeds let Google Shopping and Instagram and Facebook read your products, with prices, stock and photos, so they can show them. Open Settings > Shop > Store details and find Product feeds.

Setting one up

There are two addresses: Google Shopping and Instagram and Facebook (Meta). Copy each and paste it into Google Merchant Center or Meta Commerce Manager. Choose English or Arabic first to decide which language the feed is written in.

The feeds list your published products. They update by themselves as your shop changes, so there is nothing to upload again.

Items left out

The screen counts the items listed and tells you why any product is left out:

  • It has no photo.
  • Product pages have no address yet, so there is nothing to link to. Set the Product page address under Delivery.
  • It is priced at nothing, which Google refuses.

Fix the product and it joins the feed.

Keeping the addresses private

Each address works for anyone who has it, so keep them to yourself. An owner can choose Replace the addresses if one has been shared where it should not be. The old addresses stop working at once, so paste the new ones into Google and Meta straight away.
