Store Details

The facts about your shop that customers and your emails rely on. Open Settings, then Shop, then Store details.

What you set

  • Store name — the name on every email your customers get. There is a separate field for it in Arabic.
  • Contact email — when a customer replies to an order email, the reply comes here. Only an owner can change it.
  • Address — your business address, with Arabic fields beside the English ones.
  • Business country and Timezone — your shop counts its days and its monthly figures on this clock. Choosing a country sets the timezone for you.

Owners and editors can change the details. Viewers can read them.

Changing your currency

Your prices and orders are in one currency. An owner can change it with Change currency.

Type the rate you want to sell at. It is not fetched for you; every new price is worked out from it, so write the rate you mean. Before anything is saved, you see every price that will move and what it becomes. Each new price is rounded to the nearest smallest unit of the new currency, so changing back at the opposite rate may not give exactly the old prices. If a price would round to nothing, you are warned that it would become free.

Confirm and every price changes at once. This cannot be undone. To go back, you change the currency again at a new rate.

Orders you already have stay in the currency they were placed in. The money tiles on Orders name any other currency beside the main figure rather than adding them together.

Abandoned carts and product feeds
