Billing

You manage your subscription right from your dashboard under Settings → Billing.

Your plan and status

Settings → Billing shows your current plan, your subscription status, and the card on file (its brand and last four digits). Active means your dashboard is fully functional.

Upgrading your plan

To move to a higher plan, choose the new plan and you'll see exactly what you'll pay today — a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period — alongside your new monthly price, shown in your local currency. Confirm to charge the card on file. Your new plan's features turn on immediately.

Add-ons

You can add optional features (like Analytics) without changing your whole plan — see Managing Your Modules.

If your subscription lapses

A failed payment does not lock your dashboard straight away. You have seven days to update your card, and everything keeps working normally in the meantime — you can edit, publish and go live exactly as before.

After seven days the site is paused: you can still sign in and read everything, but editing and publishing stop until the payment goes through. Update your card under Settings → Billing, or contact your developer if you need help.
